Spaces of Culture International Mobility Program 2023 is open for applications.
The International Mobility Program 2023 invites arts and cultural professionals who aim to enrich their artistic practices and further develop international cultural activities in a one-week program consisting of site visits to art initiatives and cultural organizations, attending a variety of workshops and events, as well as one-on-one meetings with peers in Berlin, Paris, Stockholm, and Amsterdam.
Spaces of Culture will support 50 applicants from Turkey -except Istanbul and Ankara- whose travel expenditures will be covered. Applicants who relocated to Ankara and Istanbul due to the recent earthquakes are also eligible for the program. The Open Call application is eligible for institutions, initiatives, civil society organizations, and individual cultural actors who are actively working in visual arts, cultural heritage, literature, cinema, music, contemporary art, performance, dance, and theatre, as well as new media arts and design.
Applicants need to fill in the online application form, which can be reached via this link, and attach their supporting documents.
Participants will find the opportunity for a follow-up program to launch and produce international projects by creating new connections and nourishing existing collaborations with their counterparts based in Germany, France, Sweden, and the Netherlands, after their visits this year. A selection of best collaboration projects will obtain the chance to be materialized with the financial support of Spaces of Culture up to 12.000 Euros, to be announced at the beginning of 2024.

The application form will be closed at midnight on May 22, 2023. The results will be announced on June 16, 2023, on Spaces of Culture’s online platforms.
