Artists and arts and culture professionals in Izmir, Diyarbakır and Gaziantep come together with their colleagues in Berlin and Amsterdam at inspiring meetings. As part of Mobility Program in cooperation with the Visitors Program of the Goethe-Institut and Dutch Culture, fifteen participants from these three cities not only find an opportunity to build up new contacts, exchange their own cultural experiences and practices but also experience Europe’s interesting cultural atmosphere and get consultancy from European experts. While the participants gain information and experience in fields like audience development and audience engagement, cultural programs related to children, cultural management, sustainability and marketing strategies in general terms, with the events suitable for the priorities of the cities they carry out their work, they also contribute to the institutions/initiatives they work for. Visiting the city’s most important arts and culture spaces like Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam or Maxim Gorki Theater in Berlin, attending talks, trainings and meetings, the artists and art professionals are becoming a member of a program that meets the demand of the area they practice.
