Alan Antakya is implementing the “Memory” project within the scope of the Spaces of Culture’s International Co-production Fund from April 1st to July 28th in Hatay. In collaboration with Michael Maurissens (Germany) and Ruben Reniers (Germany), the project aims to establish a dance theater group consisting of children and young people affected by the February 6th earthquake.
Through this project, the initiative is organizing workshops in areas such as ballet, contemporary dance, theater, and music for children and young people who have been deprived of arts education and production after the disaster. The troupe plans to produce dance films from the performances staged in Hatay on July 26-27 and reach a wide audience through institutions in Turkey and abroad.
