Photography and Youth Program in Diyarbakır was implemented as a long-term training program on documentary-photography. Organized by the Diyarbakır Amateur Photographers Association in collaboration with the Diyarbakır Arts Center, photographers from Diyarbakır and the region worked on their documentary photo stories. These focused on youth groups with international mentors for a period of five months, while also presenting their previous work to young audiences interested in photography in the city. One of the most comprehensive programs of its kind to ever be organized in Diyarbakır, Photography and Youth Program presented photography talks and also yielded a wide range of documental photography pieces.
